In 2023, I had the opportunity to lead the complete redesign of Carrefour Italy's B2C app. Working closely with the in-house Digital team, we took a user-first approach, making sure the app's new design would truly meet customer needs and business goals.

Through several rounds of testing with users, including concept reviews and detailed usability tests on polished prototypes, we made sure the new design hit the mark.
